Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, suitable for resale, and with all tags still attached.
Our support team may request photo or video evidence before approving a return to prevent fraudulent refund requests.
The customer must bear the return shipping costs.
⚠️ Please do not use scissors or knives to open your package, as this may damage the items. Returns with scissor or knife marks will not be accepted. Be careful when trying items on — avoid makeup, perfume, deodorant, or antiperspirant that may stain the product.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
